Mrs. Jacqui Jensen
Program Specialist, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) & Emotional Behavior Disorders (EBD)
Jacqui Jensen has served in the education field for over 36 years working with students in pre-kindergarten through high school with over 20 of those years in the Escambia County Public Schools. She is originally from Boston, MA, graduating from Elms College with an associate's degree in Early Childhood and Phoenix University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Exceptional Student Education. Over the past six years working as a district-level leader, Jacqui has earned a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and Applied Behavior Analysis and is now coming to the close of her Educational Leadership Master’s program.
When not at school, Jacqui loves spending time outdoors with her family, reading and spending time with her book club friends, teaching Sunday School, and cooking.'

Dr. Jared Stanley
Administrator on Special Assignment
Dr. Stanley is returning to us for his second year at Hope Horizon! He is originally from Greensburg, PA, graduating from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. He taught in Alexandria, VA for six years, working across the continuum of services. During that time, he completed his Masters in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis at George Mason University (GMU), leading him to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Finally, he completed his doctorate at GMU in Education Leadership and Special Education.
In his free time, Dr. Stanley enjoys outdoor activities like camping, reading on the beach, projects around the house, and playing with his dogs, Renly and Scout.

Mrs. Rachel Haynes
Clinical Manager of the Lakeview Team
Mrs. Haynes Rachel is a proud first generation college student, completing her Bachelor's of Science in Social Work from Brescia University (Summa Cum Laude) and Master's of Science in Social Work (with distinction) from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work while serving the community where she grew up in rural Kentucky. She has practiced in the social work field for more than fifteen years and specializes in dynamic trauma informed practices for clients who are both neurotypical and neurodivergent. With a strong skill set in crisis management, peer reviewed research and practical application are at the forefront of her day to day practice. She is happy to return to Hope Horizon for her second year!
In her free time she enjoys creative pursuits such as watercolor painting and stained glass. She is an incredibly passionate wildlife advocate in the form of educational outreach, but mostly adores being a "Fur Mom" to her three Kinkajou boys: Isaac, Rafiki, and Elton.
